I’m totally amazed how good these irons feel. I ordered standard length with 105 S Steel shaft and the midsize grips. They are perfect for me. I did a dynamic lie test and they do not require any adjustment. The ball strike feels so pure. Glad I got them. I have an advanced to pro swing speed for reference.

My set of 801s arrived yesterday, superbly packaged and without a scratch. Managed to get a few holes in yesterday evening and they were very good, even on a course with very little grass at the moment. Well done Calong for a great value for money product combined with excellent customer service.

It is hard to believe Calong is able to produce such a high quality product at such an affordable price. From opening the package, it was all throughly protected, with plastic covering the grips, shafts, and heads, as well as a neoprene cover over each club head. They all arrived in flawless condition, with excellent finishing to the hosels, grips on straight, and paint fill lines with no imperfections.
The feel of these clubs is also excellent. Of the face, they still provide feedback with a pure feeling out of the center. They have a great sound without clickiness. The grips are nice, very similar in feel and tackiness to a stock Golf Pride Tour Velvet. Overall, absolutely best value irons I’ve purchased, and I’ve owned clubs from Maltby, Takomo, Callaway, to Srixon. Very, very good value.

Love the new irons.They are solid and forgiving on mishits as well. Lofts of club are neutral and not strong which i enjoy I got the jumbo grips which are large and fit my needs. Great product. I also brought 24 degree hybrid and putter. Both are solid and exceed expectation for the price.

Great quality grips and shafts and heads are really nice 👍 highly recommend but make sure you get your specs right as there’s loads of options to dial them in 👍
Unfortunately for me I ordered the wrong specs which was completely my fault and subsequently the clubs unfortunately don’t suit me or my swing 😔

Fantastic customer service, incredibly responsive/fast re emailed questions especially around specs and kept me fully informed about the delivery timeline.
I’m 60 years old and currently a 15 handicapper. My current clubs are 10 years old, stiff steel shafts which weigh about 105 grams. With my current clubs I’ve probably lost 2 club lengths of distance over the past 3 years so I ordered the 95g regular steel shafts to allow for the unfortunate effects of getting older.
I’ve yet to play a full round with them but have taken them out on course for a few half rounds. I’m quite impressed with the quality/look/feel, especially considering the price. I found the clubs don’t go as far as my current clubs, with the distance gap more significant with the higher irons. The 4 iron goes about 170m which is about half a club shorter than my current 4 iron. The 8 iron is about 1.5 clubs shorter than my current 8 iron (135m). I checked the specs and found that my current clubs do have stronger lofts, especially for the higher irons. I think this plus the regular shaft explain the distance difference. I probably should have stayed with stiff.
Haven’t observed any difference in the trajectory of the ball flight but the 801’s do go straighter than my current clubs and pull up faster on the greens (the pitch mark from the 801s seem to be within 1m of their finishing spot). Chipping around the green I found the 801 pitching wedge pulls up much faster than my current PW. Clearly a testament to the grooves in the 801 club face.
Have shown them to playing partners and others at the club and they are impressed with the look and the price.
Overall a fantastic experience and happy customer.

Clubs have arrived very impressive look good will play this weekend grips lined up too face perfect midsize grip regular graphite shaft don’t expect there long as lofts not jacked like most clubs but if dispersion good I’ll be happy
